OUR FLEXIBLE EVENT SETUP

Mama Lucia's operates with a flexible modular event setup built specifically for Fairs, Festivals, Rodeos, Wineries,

and special events throughout the South.

Depending on the needs of each event, we may operate our Dessert Trailer, our Boardwalk Classics Hot & Fried Food Tent, or both together as a complete Jersey Shore-inspired specialty experience.

 

Event setups may include:

Mama Lucia's proudly offers a FLEXIBLE Event Menu.  The items we offer may be adjusted or REMOVED depending on the needs of each venue or existing vendor exclusivities.  For example, if an event already features a Funnel Cake vendor, Mama Lucia's can simply remove Funnel Cakes from our menu while still offering our authentic Italian Sugar Puffs (Zeppole), specialty frozen desserts, Fresh Fruit Snack Cups, gourmet scooped Italian Ice, gourmet scooped ice cream, Hot & Fried Pizza Bites and other unique Jersey Shore favorites.

This flexible setup allows us to NOT be in competition with other/existing vendors' menu items also allowing us the ability to adapt to a wide variety of event sizes, layouts, and vendor categories while maintaining the authentic Jersey Shore Boardwalk experience Mama Lucia's is known for.

Please Note:

ALL Cold Desserts & Frozen Offerings can ONLY

be served directly from the Mama Lucia's Dessert Trailer.

ALL Hot & Fried items can ONLY be served

from beneath or directly out of the

Mama Lucia's Hot & Fried Food Tent.

 

If an Event wishes to Offer BOTH Cold & Hot Menu Selections,

BOTH operational setups would be required.
